Core Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for the Clinic, representing, commitment to exceptional patient care. Seamlessly schedule patient appointments over the phone, ensuring efficient and convenient booking experiences. Guide patients every step of the way of processes and next steps to ensure they feel informed and at ease.
Address patient inquiries across various channels: phone, email, website, offering responsive and empathetic support. Operate CRM system with expertise, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and interactions. Oversee appointment timelines and calendars, coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
Provide punctual patient paperwork and process payments. Provide exceptional customer service, reducing wait times and enhancing the patient journey. Provide input into ways to improve the patient experience.
