You will be responsible for the compilation of reports from the AS400 wine and spirit records. Your Key Accountabilities Process daily wine and spirit operation notes Generate operation notes for dispatch Spreadsheet preparation and consolidation for month end reports, board reports and winemaker reports Preparation of weekly reports during vintage Prepare stock count sheets for stock takes Other Accountabilities Include Reconcile brandy records at month end Check stock quantities for accuracy, investigate, report and make adjustments where discrepancies occur May be required to assist in the counting of stock at off-site locations Transport organisation for local, intrastate and interstate wine / juice despatches Any other duties as directed by the Packaging Logistics Coordinator Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures Your Knowledge and Skills Functional High level of knowledge of computer packages Attention to detail Ability to multi-task Behavioural Excellent verbal communication skills Essential Qualifications Winery knowledge desirable Record keeping experience in a similar role preferred Physical and Other Requirements Our Company Values Accolade Wines will provide you with the ideal climate and a hand-picked rewards package for you to make a difference in our successful and growing business.
