NSW Education Standards AuthorityJoin us to make a difference for all students in NSW Position details · Clerk Grade 9/10 · Temporary – up to 31 December 2025 · Close to Wynyard station & hybrid work arrangements available About the role The Senior Operations Officer, Stakeholder Engagement supports the Manager, Engagement with operational oversight of Stakeholder Engagement support team functions and supervises and leads the stakeholder engagement team. The role requires close collaboration and shared responsibility with Curriculum Reform Syllabuses Development teams and curriculum standards directorate for the delivery of reform projects. The role contributes to supporting the directorate to meet the objectives of the curriculum reform based on the findings of the NSW Curriculum Review.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: · managing and overseeing all aspects of strategic project planning to enable: o Strong and effective management of the stakeholder engagement team o Oversight of the syllabus development project schedules to ensure timelines are met o Oversight of operational functions including compliance with relevant policy and legislation · primary advisor to the Manager, Engagement on matters pertaining to o Workforce planning and associated budget o Reporting and analysis · representing and advocating for the Curriculum Reform Program in a wide variety of stakeholder forums · supporting and maintaining a consistent high standard and quality in administrative team deliverables · fostering a positive, collaborative, and respectful workplace culture while working in time-sensitive high stakes reform projects Download the role description About us At the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) we work with the NSW community to drive improvements in student achievement.
