  What technical / soft skills you require Tertiary qualifications consistent with the requirements of the Award and the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) or equivalent relevant experience in the principles and practices of contemporary librarianship, using, developing and maintaining Library management systems. Ability to work on a regular Saturday or Sunday.   Demonstrated research and reference skills, including the ability to use reference resources such as online databases, web browsers and search engines     Targeted questions 1.
