Client Service Officer - Moree

Moree Local Court Talent Pool to be created for Full-Time, Part-Time, Ongoing and Temporary roles within Moree Local Court Salary – Clerk Grade 1/2 ($67,975 - $73,901) Super Your role Located in the Moree Local Court, the Client Services Officer provides a range of clerical and administrative services including, but not limited to, responding to client enquiries, data entry and records management. In Local Courts, the Client Services Officer is primarily involved in assisting in the operation of court rooms. What you’ll do In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting the efficient operation of the court including liaising effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Anticipating the requirements of the judiciary and other key stakeholders in the courtroom environment and provides a timely and effective response Providing a high level of clerical and administrative support to the court and registry Using computer systems to accurately enter data Providing high quality client services Supporting the effective implementation of improved work practices Adapting to work in different jurisdictions What we’re looking for The successful candidates will have the following characteristics: Strong written and verbal communication skills Great time management and organisation The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work A professional demeanour High quality customer service skills Efficient in technology Be a team player who easily adapts to forever changing situations and environments We do work that really matters Working for the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) provides lots of opportunities to make a real difference.
