They are seeking a Business Consultant with eloquent writing skills, professionalism and a collaborative approach to join their dynamic Perth CBD team. About the role Reporting to the Consulting Director, you'll be assigned a variety of projects, progressively assuming more ownership as you grow within the organisation. Leveraging your analytical prowess, commercial acumen, and creative problem-solving skills, you'll conduct comprehensive risk analysis and non-financial audits, catering to the specific requirements of each client.

This will include understanding their needs, viewing it from a strategic perspective, undertaking analysis and detailing findings and recommendations. This dynamic role includes a multitude of responsibilities, including: Conducting research to understand the client's business using diverse methods such as shadowing, surveys, interviews and report analysis Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies Compiling, articulating and presenting information in written and visual formats Developing and implementing new procedures or training initiatives Interpreting data to inform findings and recommendations Presenting findings and suggestions to clients with clarity, ample justification and practical advice This role offers stable hours and on-the-job training for those looking to advance their career in consultancy.
