Featuring various accommodation options including villas, cabins, caravan park and camping ground, along with an infinity pool and restaurant, the Resort caters to everyone’s needs.

For the adventurous type, there are a myriad of activities in the region with its countless island bays and beaches making Lake Argyle Resort a must visit destination for all travelers. The Role We are looking for an experienced Skipper to join the team at Lake Argyle Resort in a ongoing capacity. You will be central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety while on our tours.

Skippers are an integral part of the properties daily operations from transfers in and out of Kununurra to guided boat tours. The Kimberley Durack is 13.45m Waterline and 15mt Overall length.

Qualifications: Master 5 MED 2 Senior First Aid Manual Driver's License West Australian F Endorsement (desirable, not essential) West Australian MR License (desirable, not essential) West Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable, not essential) Relevant qualification in either Guiding/Environmental/Education (desirable, not essential) Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Skipper - preferably on Tours Strong Interest in Wildlife & Nature Self-motivation to make an impact on our Tour offering Ability to lead a small team Positive, warm and enthusiastic energy Marine mechanical experience highly regarded Benefits Fantastic remuneration on offer Accommodation available Taking ownership of your team and the Tour operation Daily life on Lake Argyle Chance to explore The Kimberley Large national company with progression opportunities Discounts with G'Day Rewards Discounted accommodation across the country for yourself, friends & family Access to EAP Our ESG statement The G’day Group acknowledges the increasing global expectation to demonstrate our approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risk factors and sustainability in our daily operations and ongoing decision making.
