About this role North Metropolitan Health Service covers almost 1000 square kilometres, with a population of almost 740,000, representing about 28 per cent of Western Australia’s total, and is projected to grow to more than 0.

NMHS healthcare providers are fully accredited and offer a range of highly specialised, multidisciplinary, state-wide services from several hospital and outpatient/ambulatory care settings, as well as services specifically aimed at the north metropolitan catchment. In this role, you will support the Records Management Manager in the delivery of records management services for the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) including ongoing support of the NMHS Recordkeeping Plan.

Activities will include the development of policies, procedures and guidelines for records management including the provision of system support for the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This position is required to develop and maintain training materials, online information resources and deliver training. This role provides help desk assistance to staff in the use of the system and compliant records management practices.

This role reports to the Manager Records Management.
