Cowes Mitre 10 are currently seeking go getter to join the team as the Trade Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Trade Yard to maximise sales, minimise costs and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day to day culture. You will have previous leadership experience preferably in a busy store environment where you will inspire, empower and build capacity within your people and their roles.

Your attention to detail and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as having a passion for customer service will put you in a good position to achieve goals and see you deliver sales targets and KPI’s. The right candidate can look forward to a competitive salary package which will be negotiated based on experience.

This is a full time role working across a Monday - Friday roster.
