These are requests made by business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, or required as part of a routine operational task. Own the discovery phase of initiatives by gathering business requirements from stakeholders on the initiatives, and engaging with the Production Support squad to obtain high level cost and delivery time estimates.

Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including Feature Engineers, Product Managers, Distribution, Credit Operations, Risk & Compliance, and technical squads. Owning Business Lending as usual (BAU) maintenance tasks (such as regular loan assessment parameter changes). Provide business support on existing Business Lending projects (e.

g. business verification testing) may be required from time to time. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated relevant experience (3 years) in product ownership or delivery of customer initiatives, preferably across business and IT.
