They are now seeking an exceptional, Senior Property Manager / previous business owner to fulfil the role of Franchise Relationship Manager for Property Management in their corporate team.
Based out of their corporate head office in Sydney your key mandate in this role will be to work with franchisees throughout Sydney and metro areas and consult to them directly on best practice in residential property management and business development. The Position In the role of Franchise Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Organise and attend meetings with franchisees and their teams to assess their needs and opportunities for improvement Monitor the development and implementation of a business plan and action plan for each franchise business Mentor Principals to ensure that they are fully utilising existing resources within their business and develop training resources in line with identified strategies Achieve increased property management business performance and or wealth opportunity for Principals Develop and deliver property management training to the franchise network employees, educating them on additional resources and business strategies Monitor agency activity and work with any 'at risk' clients to identify areas of their business that can be better developed Maintain an awareness of competitive activity and competitor profiles Ensure attendance and participation in all training session deliveries The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Franchise Relationship Manager will have: A stellar background in residential real estate property management (minimum of 5-7 years' experience) Current real estate qualification Ability to deliver business planning and coaching to franchises and facilitate training and development A strong commercial acumen, be performance-orientated and have a strategic-thinking capacity A positive and proactive approach and the ability to build quality long-term relationships Strong initiative to improve the practice of Property Management and have the ability to implement them into Property Management teams A strong understanding of and experience in growing rent rolls A confident communicator with the ability to influence and persuade and build strong relationships Ap....
