About the role Senior role within the business focusing on understanding your customer, their needs and their experience in stores. Having great internal relationships is key to success in the role Working in tandem with your Product Developer to build great ranges.
Duties Plan ranges with Merch Planners Looking at insights and trends to what products should be introduced or sold out Plan the promotional programs for products 12 months ahead Work alongside both online and VM teams to ensure sales results Read promotional programs to meet projected forecasts Week & daily reviews of sales report Review results for previous sales periods and provide plans and updates in weekly presentations Understand the product mix and consumer Work alongside a Planner to assist in stock management Collaborate cross-functionally Skills and Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Development or Buyer role Ability to proactively problem solve Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail Must be self-driven and be able to use initiative when needed Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Proficient use of the Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
