About the opportunity Leader in the Automation Centre of Excellence, this position is responsible for maximising the return on investment (ROI) from Automation Solutions. Developing and implementing a governance framework to manage compliance to Automation standards across the organisation. This role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of strategic automation initiatives, governance standards, and identify opportunities to drive value maximisation through automation.

You'll also Be accountable for establishing and leading the Value Realisation and Governance function responsible for maximising value realisation, managing governance to automation standards and stakeholder management strategy. Work with senior management to define the strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Automation Centre of Excellence. Maintain awareness of current and emerging automation technologies such as RPA, RDA, Conversational AI, Low Code/ No Code, Generative AI Develop and implement frameworks and standards that drive standardisation in our automation practices across multiple platforms.

Implement robust monitoring and tracking systems to measure project performance against predefined metrics. Engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to obtain buy-in, support, and resources for automation initiatives. Identifies new areas for commercial opportunity and works with internal/external stakeholders to translate this into value.

About you Proven experience (8 years) in project management, business analysis, or strategic consulting roles, with a focus on value realisation and ROI optimisation. Awareness and experience with emergin.
