Risk Projects and Change Specialist

Your new role Reporting to the Manager, Risk Enablement, the specialist is responsible for ensuring all risk projects, work programs and legislative change activity impacting the Member Domain is well managed, is supported by appropriate communications, training and tools and meets all compliance and regulatory requirements. Some key responsibilities but not limited to; Lead, manage, prioritise and implement a roadmap of change projects and initiatives being driven by risk or legislative change.

Drive adoption and proficiency of risk and legislative changes within the Member domain through solutions that enable opportunities for growth. Support an uplift in operational risk management and governance by helping our stakeholders to deliver efficient, robust and sustainable frameworks and processes. Identify opportunities for collaboration across Groups to co-create solutions with a compliance lens to achieve strategic goals, and nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund.

Manage the governance of the Governance & Accountability teams resources, e.g., SharePoint, collateral reviews, reporting data, record keeping, competency matrix Identify post implementation adoption challenges and develop and implement corrective actions.

Represent Member Domain in planning meetings, reviews (demos) and project meetings. Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage impacts caused by projects and change efforts. What you'll need Solid experience in compliance or risk management, ideally working in Financial Services, business growth and marketing & brand.

Previous experience in change management or project management Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in applying change management and communication processes relating to instigating and delivering on programs of change. Presentation skills with an ability to translate complex information into simple language. Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the Fund.
