About the opportunity Australians are online shopping like never before, so as our Inbound Customer Service Consultant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers have what they want, when they need it. Roles are fixed term, full time 12 months. The salary for this role commences at $53,751 per annum plus 12% superannuation, increasing to $59,313 per annum plus 12% superannuation after probation. Hybrid working from home and in our Queen Street office You'll be: Answering customers' calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers' parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers Helping our customers with a range of different enquiries from calculating postage rates to helping book passport appointments About you You're a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves working in a team environment.
