Schnitz BalaclavaJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy franchise owner of Schnitz. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the owner's calendar, handling email correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure that all deadlines are met. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed. Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Manage travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the owner.
Liaise with other staff members and external partners as required. Provide support with personal tasks such as managing household expenses, arranging appointments, and running errands. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to work independently and take initiative. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
