To help us make this ambition a reality, we have the opportunity for a Business Excellence Manager (Agile and Innovation) to join our Business Excellence and Execution (BE&E) business unit.

Reporting into the Country Head of BE&E, you will lead enterprise culture and capability development through the implementation of processes, frameworks and tools that uplift the organisation's proficiency and of Innovation methodology and Agile mindset, practices and principles. Your responsibilities: - Design and lead the enterprise strategy that continues to drive adoption of the agile principles and practices to deliver on our vision of every moment matters for our patients. - Design and lead the enterprise Innovation strategy that delivers the skills, tools and knowledge required to continuously challenge the status quo across all areas of the business.

- Build a culture of curiosity and resilience within the organisation enabling teams to pivot and adapt through tangible Agile and Innovation process and mindset. - Work with the leadership team and relevant stakeholders to energise the organisation to constantly embrace new ways of thinking and working, fostering a culture of innovation to bring about change that adds value. - Ensure there is continuous improvement of innovation and agile processes, tools and approaches, and that brand insights, learnings and impact are proactively shared and rewarded.

- Ensure Innovation efforts across the business are deeply rooted in insight and aligned to strategy. - Lead the One Impact Planning process across the enterprise aligning to the agile ways of working cadence, augmented by associated capability building and continuous scanning of the environment for opportunities to "bring the outside in" to stimulate thinking.
