The Portfolio Delivery Executive must ensure Wipro delivers services to the Clients' delight while respecting Wipro`s financials and enables the employees in the account to perform their daily activities. Responsible for managing all customers in sector market units and ensure highest customer satisfaction for Wipro and Delivery led growth. He/she will report to ANZ D&O Head and will have account delivery reporting to him/her.
In-depth understanding of business strategy and ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and C-level executives. Expand the Wipro business in existing accounts with forming strategy and delivery led growth Support Sales and pre-sales team in new logos and delivery assurance. Define targets for sector and account delivery heads and mentor them to meet their targets.
Ability to manage high pressure situations Ability to work with diverse teams and mentor teammates Effective people management and collaboration Motivate the team and drive successful outcomes in adverse situations Should have good aptitude to learn & be self-driven Exhibit high say do ratio Understanding of processes such as ITSM, ITIL framework Intimate knowledge and understanding of the methods used in performing risk analysis and business impact analyses Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure design, IT operations, Data center maintenance, Vendor co-ordination, Voice & Data Network setups, Application Managed Services & development and End User computing areas in order to review and assist in the preparation of recovery procedures in these areas Responsible to delivery excellence & Client satisfaction for the sector Responsible for driving Revenue & GM improvement plans for the sector. Should have the ability to be the proxy CIO, with experience in the local market Experience in managing delivery & operations of customer accounts including: Account P&L management Customer relationship management Leading large transformation programs including multiple technologies Good interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and reconcile differences Understanding of IT organization processes, metrics, and structure Strong analytical skills Articulate with executive presence Leadership skills to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team Ability to demonstrate leadership to close time critical tasks.
