Head of Digital Marketing & Consumer Connections

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Head of Digital Marketing and Consumer Connection for Abbott Nutrition, you will oversee our digital transformation and own the planning of our consumers and HCP/Patient journey. You will lead the digital team to develop and implement the digital strategy and the digital activation, lead analytics to drive engagement and improve performance marketing and lead the development of our CRM program for our Nutrition brands. This is a transformative role where you will need to act as a change agent and be the driving force behind positive change, spearheading initiatives to propel your team and business forward.

We are at the beginning of our digital journey, so in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our digital strategy, challenge the status quo, and inspire others to embrace change from strategic planning and process optimisation to team development. This role is based at our head office in Macquarie Park. Responsibilities include (and not limited to): Inspire, support and coach a team of digital marketers Digital Marketing Strategy Transform our digital presence for consumers and HCP and develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the marketing overall objectives Optimise Search (SEO-SEM), Websites content and performance Develop an engaging always on social media strategy and calendar Test new digital channels Set clear KPIs and analyse and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions CRM: Develop and implement a consumer engagement strategy based of first party data Monitor KPI's Oversee the Salesforce.

com administration Develop the HCP-Patient Omnichannel journey Analytics: Use deep knowledge of digital engagement to explore performance marketing opportunities and generate insight to drive omnichannel ROI Inform the creation, customisation and implementation of marketing analytics in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team Analyse and interpret data related to the paid and earned digital campaigns to identify trends and insights and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of online marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement Use insight and data-driven decisions to optimise performance marketing strategy and activities Provide recommendations for improvements to website design, content, and user experience based on data analysis Build and manage customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns Who we're looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related field 10 years of combined experience in digita.
