Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera. Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner.
Daily liaison with departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities. Qualifications Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests' stay. Customer focus & strong communication skills Full working rights in Australia and immaculate presentation Previous experience with a PMS - Opera or Fidelio & HOTSOS experience preferred.
Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
