Our client a leading, multi-national commercial/industrial/infrastructure construction company with billions of dollars of work ongoing is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with a transformation of how these large-scale projects are set up and managed. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to large-scale organisational change which is seen as key to driving bottom line growth. Responsibilities : Apply your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize complex business processes within our client's organization.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify pain points, and gather relevant data to drive process improvements. Lead and facilitate workshops to develop future state designs that align with the organization's strategic goals. Utilize your skills in process mapping to create detailed process flow diagrams, highlighting key touchpoints, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.

Independently drive process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable results. Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and offering innovative solutions. Leverage your experience in heavy industries such as construction to bring industry-specific knowledge and perspective to process optimization efforts.

Experience Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects. Extensive experience in process mapping, process optimization, and future state design. Strong understanding of lean principles, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Previous experience in heavy industries such as construction, manufacturing or Energy sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and analysis.
