Position Summary: - Manage all aspects of the front office department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations? - Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and complete your work. - Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts by negotiating with relevant parties - Be a passionate, forward and inviting leader by providing motivation and support to the team - Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel welcome - Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest services, operational needs and financial objectives are met - Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings - Understand the impact of the department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed goals.
