We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager who will lead and oversee all aspects of the Front Office whilst on duty, including (but not limited to) Receptions, Concierge/Porter services to deliver a unique a guest experience that brings the brand to life. As a Duty Manager you will lead and support the operation and delivery of the Reception and Guest Services functions. You'll be a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensure a superior branded guest experience seamless from arrival to departure, as well as compliance with quality and operational standards. Your day to day This role involves: - Delivering a memorable experience to our guests with a personal service whilst not forgetting to recognise and record guest preferences. Attend to all guest queries and requests promptly.
- Demonstrating knowledge of all special and seasonal promotions within the hotel. - Championing IHG Rewards Club and ensure team are 100% complaint in their training and deliver of standards. - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of stand reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read e-mail, messages and how to interpret availability sources with the reservations systems.
