- Work on highly technical projects, while leading and mentoring a team of professional engineers in a multidisciplinary, global engineering consultancy. - Assisting, leading and mentoring a team while contributing towards business development activities in respect of building client relationships, scanning for opportunities, keeping abreast of local markets and disciplines, development of capture plans and preparation of high-quality bids.
