Do you want to apply your experience of applying best practice education and development initiatives in a shared service environment?   About the Opportunity The Manager Corporate & Support Services Development is a new role with a newly established team focussing on the identification, development and delivery of education diverse range of occupation groups and specialised services across corporate and support services. These occupation groups include People & Culture, Finance, Security, Cleaners, Infrastructure, Information Technology to name but a few.

Some broad portfolios include: clinical and corporate education initiatives including discipline specific, multidisciplinary and mandatory programs; flexible learning solutions and simulation based education; leadership and management development; talent development and succession planning; and future workforce initiatives.

SWSLHD is a delivery site of the NSW Health Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provides a wide range of nationally recognised vocational education and training qualifications. The Education & Organisational Development Service (EODS) also works in partnership with various universities and education providers to deliver graduate certificate, diploma and masters programs. The Manager Corporate & Support Services Development is a management position in the EOD team, within People & Culture.

The manager will facilitate the development of individuals within Corporate & Support Services teams to enable the provision of high quality evidence based education. The role coordinates and manages complex education that is tailored to a diverse range of occupation groups and specialised services across corporate and support services. The r.
