The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following: Development of financial models including options analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, cost benefit analysis, risks analysis, and scenario analysis. Providing financial due diligence to business case proposals to ensure financial viability, as well as monitoring the cost benefit realisation as projects evolve. Lead and manage business analysis activities within a large ICT program/projects.

Provide strategic and operational advice regarding program/project direction for commercial and business analysis. Undertake critical commercial analysis, risk assessments and evaluation of procurement responses. Support commercial negotiations with external vendors.

Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitates effective communications and fosters relationships across program/project(s). Assist in the development of Business Process Modelling practices across the organisation comply with QH standards and notation. All staff are responsible for identifying, managing and reporting risks relating to their work.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in the role you will have experience leading and managing business analysis activities on a large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry, financial modelling activities for large scale complex organisations and programs. Furthermore, you will have the ability to provide high level knowledge and application of, appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools; as well as the proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
