Home Claims Training and Development Program Your initial four-weeks will include both industry and role-based training. This will encompass corporate compliance, coaching and support delivered through virtual and e-learning, and virtual or face-to-face meet and greets.

At completion of the training program, you will transition to work alongside an allocated work buddy. You will have the flexibility to move in and out of the training program when desired as you transition into an experienced team, where you will be assured team support, continual deployment, training and guidance in your role.
