Here at Mars Petcare we have a great opportunity for a Customer Development Lead eCommerce to join our team. This role will see you not only drive the fastest growing channel in our business, eCommerce, but also responsible for our largest Corporate Customers. There will be a need to work closely with the eCommerce Customer Director, Digital Acceleration Team, Category, Finance, Insights, Marketing and Customer Teams to ensure that both Mars Petcare Australia and our customers are leading the way in the developing eCommerce environment, hence a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally will be critical to your success.

What are we looking for? - Degree or other tertiary qualification essential; - Previous Customer/Account Management experience, Corporate Grocery preferred; - eCommerce/digital marketing experience essential; - Financial Acumen; - Ability to demonstrate both negotiation skills and evidence of turning insights into action. What would be your key responsibilities? - Ownership of the relationship with Customer Digital/eComm teams; - Drive Mars growth ahead of Category in online retail; - Execution of global best practice eComm Sales Strategies and On-Screen Fundamentals; - Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, including sales growth targets, marketing plans, category plans, execution on screen etc; - Negotiation of Promo Plans, and Co-op investment for the online element of Customers businesses.
