The Role Here at Mars Food Australia (MFA) we have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Technologist to join our well established and collaborative Commercial team based in Wyong. This is a great opportunity with Mars to understand our food segment and liaise with different stakeholders in the business. Reporting to the Regional SQA Manager & Global Lead the role has three main purposes; the assessment and improvement of a suppliers capability to meet specification, ensuring the resolution of non-conforming material issues and the technical development of the supply base to meet future requirements. What would be your key responsibilities? - Defining problems and coming up with a corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming issues, while following up on a root cause investigation of material incidents to ensure future requirements.

- Represent Mars by leading Quality and Food Safety Audits & build a professional relationship with suppliers. - Good understanding of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems, standards & legislation - Conducting audits of our Suppliers Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. - Prepared to travel (20% of time) to suppliers, Nationally.
