Here at Mars Petcare, we have a new opportunity for a Technical Brand Manager to join our high performing Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for the deployment of EXELPET and CATSAN activation initiatives to market as well as the deployment and management of innovation and communication initiatives that will deliver benefit to Pets (and Pet Parents) to Mars, and to our Customers. This role works across a number of channels and customers, hence your ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and adapt and flex your style will be essential to your success.

N.B. The role will be part time, 3 days per week.

Options on days worked flexible. What are we looking for? - Degree Qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline; - Brand Management including experience in either product development or product innovation essential; - Background in driving efficiencies or sustainability in previous roles; - Ability to demonstrate experience working on an innovation process from beginning to end; - An understanding of manufacturing logistics supply and regulatory requirements. What would be your key responsibilities? - Development and deployment of growth initiatives from 9 months prior to launch, through to Post Innovation Review.

- Leadership of allocated Innovation growth or renovation and sustainability initiatives; - Accountability for the deployment of key Brand Activations delivered to market on time, and on budget; - Work cross functionally with Food, Safety and Commercial teams.
