Here at Royal Canin we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven salesperson to join their team. The role will involve the account management of existing and potential Independent customers across the Brisbane Gold Coast area of Queensland. Your focus will be to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and actively develop effective, mutual relationships to enable long term sustainable growth and profitability.

This role will also involve directing merchandisers with daily interactions regarding merchandising strategies and store promotional activations to ensure consumers are able to find the right product in the right location. What are we looking for? - Previous experience working within a Sales / Account Management role; - Experience within the FMCG industry preferred but not essential; - Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service; - An ability to build effective and mutual relationships which enable long term sustainable growth and profitability; - Driven, passionate and energetic individual who is curious and open to learning. What would be your key responsibilities? - Work with the customer to Identify needs for product training, conducting and/or participating in training presentations to maximise the product knowledge and skills in dealing with and selling our products; - Maintain a territory in a way that promotes Royal Canins products, campaigns and also launch new product development (NPD); - Assessment of market data, trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for increased distribution; - Quarterly business reviews for key Independent Accounts; - Monitor the financial performance and revenue profit targets of your territory.
