Here at Royal Canin we have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join the PRO Sales team. This role will see you grow the Pro Business in terms of sales and recommendations through new customer acquisitions and building mutual relationships with existing customers. Your ability to build sales and prescriptions as well as educate customers and promote health through nutrition with a mix of nutritional and digital service delivery, will be critical to your success.

Your territory will include VIC, SA, TAS and WA with some interstate and regional travel required throughout the year. Weekend work may be required to attend shows and other events. What are we looking for? - Previous experience in managing a sales territory; - Experience in providing engaging training on products and/or services; - Competency and/or learning agility relating to digital platforms; - Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role; - High levels of initiative and curiosity to maximise on opportunities.

What would be your key responsibilities? - Achieve targets by building our customer base and retention of current customers; - Drive recommendation with our Pro partners through connection and education both face to face and virtually; - Efficient territory planning to engage with current and potential customers, supporting them through our nutritional offer and digital tools; - Build relationships with Brand Ambassadors, State Bodies and sponsored clubs through regular engagement with key stakeholders; - Attend events as required to represent Royal Canin and to build our brand image and reputation and to connect with existing customers and recruit new customers.
