Here at Mars Wrigley we have an exciting opportunity for a Category Development Leader to join the category team and work with one of our largest corporate grocery customers. This role will see you deliver best in class category leadership and customer collaboration which contributes to growth of Retail Sales Value (RSV) in the category. You will be accountable for developing category growth insights-based solutions, bringing to life our category vision, MW Pictures of Success along with our corporate & segment level strategies with a Major Grocer.

The desire to build effective relationships and create sustainable category plans that inspire and drive a customer centric culture internally, will be critical to your success. What are we looking for? - Category management expertise working in a large complex organisation preferrable; - Previous experience successfully partnering with Coles or Woolworths; - Adept influencer and communicator who can build deep customer partnerships; - Highly analytical with an ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies; - Degree or other tertiary qualification preferable. What would be your key responsibilities? - Lead the development and delivery of short- and long-term customer category strategies to optimise category RSV at both customer and portfolio level with an appropriate understanding of profitability.

- Lead the range review process with the customer, both internally and externally: including setting objectives, preparation and delivery, communicating outcomes and completing post review discussions. - Lead the development of the customer category plan and partner with the customer to provide category & shopper insights; - In partnership with the MW category strategy team, execute Pictures of Success that are grounded in our global insights.
