L3HarrisDescription: Job Title - Standing Offer Program Coordinator Job Location - Australia - Queensland - Brisbane Job Code - CS20202911-53685 Job Description: The Standing Offer Program Coordinator (SO PC) is responsible and accountable for providing effective Order and Administration Management outcomes for the SO Deed with the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA). The SO PC will coordinate the Contract deliverables between the CoA and the Parent Company (L3Harris US), and will ensure that all orders and requests are captured, processed and managed to the satisfaction of both parties. The SO PC will work independently as required and engage with all internal HCA functions as necessary for success.
The SO PC will be the first point of contact with the CoA as it relates to specific orders. Key Accountabilities: - Manage all customer RFQ's and ensure all are responded too in a timely manner; - Receipt and process all Customer POs and ensure that these are recorded and processed effectively; - Ensure that materiel orders are recorded, processed, and tracked in alignment with company processes; - Manage and track material shipments from the US; - Develop a robust relationship with the Customer and ensure enduring SO success; - Work closely with the HCA Sales team to support all business grow ventures and opportunities; - Liaise with all HCA & ISS functional managers to ensure consistency of service delivery; - Develop and own policy/process and procedures for effective Program outcomes; - Support Program reporting as directed and requested; - Ensure that all contract requirements and metrics are measured and met and acted upon as required; - Manage priorities and issues as required; - Lead L3Harris US as required to ensure success on all SO requirements; - Support the Program Manager on SO contractual issues including input to changes and extensions with the CoA and L3Harris US; and - Ensure tracking registers are kept up to date and quarterly reporting is delivered effectively. Requirements: - Order management experience; - Strong administration experience; - 6 years experience working in Acquisition and Sustainment project environment; - Minimum of AGSVA BASELINE Security Clearance; - Defence sector experience desirable but not essential; - Intermediate level across Microsoft office suite; - Experience with SharePoint; and/or Oracle platforms an advantage; - Ability to problem solve within scope of role; - Expertise with handling Classified and ITAR controlled documents; and - Understanding of Supply Chain/Logistics and Repair/maintenance management is desirable.
