Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking for an experienced Solution/Industry Consultant to lead a team of consultants in our EAM Pre-Sales team. This role will report to the Director of Pre-Sales for EAM EMIA and APAC and will support the projected growth through the creation of a new leadership structure for each of these regions. - Management and assigning of Solution/Industry Consultants to sales opportunities - Player-Coach approach, with hands-on participation in sales opportunities - Interface with the Sales Managers for alignment on the opportunity strategies - Develop the team in Presales and EAM skills - Final Review of RFP's - Support EAM Events - Balancing workload of the team - Be the lead Solution Consultant for key and strategic deals - Support in the development of deal strategies and deal-specific composition of the teams. - Assist in developing training and presentation standards for EAM and ensure implementation through training and coaching - Work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyse and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs - Accountable for high-quality, efficient, and compliant proposal submissions - Maintain a strong relationship with the other regions' pre-sales; sharing lessons learned and new strategies LI-AC1 - For this position, we are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience in Solution Consulting, with proven successes in selling EAM to large organizations in EMIA/APAC - Hands-On Experience with EAM is a must-have requirement - Additional hands-on client or consulting experience in competing products is desirable. - Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team of highly capable Solution/Industry Consultants, spread out over multiple countries, time zones and languages - Excellent presentation skills, previous experience of C-Level Presentation, Customer communication/handling - Excellent written and spoken English is a must, additional languages are desired - University Degree is desired We are looking for an experienced Solution/Industry Consultant to lead a team of consultants in our EAM Pre-Sales....
