We are looking for a talented Technician - Resident Field Service to join our team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance for the area of Roma.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Deliver a first-class service to our customers across, automotive, mining, agriculture and power generation. - Diagnoses and completes fewer complex breakdown repairs to engines at the customer's site. - Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engine and related components in the field.

- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning. - Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Operations Manager - Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens. To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (to Australian standards) - Certificate III Heavy Commercial road transport/ Certificate III in Mobile plant or Diesel fitter.

- Previous field service experience - ideally in the Roma area and surrounding towns. - Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, power generation on engines and similar applications is preferred (ideally with an OEM) - Solid diagnostic, electronic and IT capabilities Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
