We are looking for a talented Technician to join our Darwin team specialising in Power Generation installation, commissioning, repairs and maintenance for our customers. This role will see you as part of a team of field-based technicians specialising in repairing and maintaining high horsepower, prime and standby generators.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth - Schedule and develop work-plans for the Technicians and organise parts for repair events - Deliver a first-class service to our customers - Complete repairs and maintenance of high horsepower, prime and standby generators. - Diagnose and repair various generators. - Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Field Service Supervisor - Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.

To be successful in this role you will need the following: - An NT 'A' grade electrical license with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role - Excellent customer service and computer skills - Demonstrated experience of developing business plans for growth with the ability to drive KPI's and deliver results - Ability to work autonomously to deliver on team KPI's and lead the team Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Overtime penalties. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program.
