The Corporate Concierge is the face of the Clients business, you will be the first point of engagement with the visitors and clients; creating warm, genuine and service oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience.
Heres a snapshot of your day: Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner Meet and greet all clients and visitors and ensure the reception area is impeccable at all times Assisting in preparing and setting up conference/meeting rooms Coordinates catering for meetings and events Booking of the couriers and assisting with deliveries, parcels and mails. Main point of contact for office facilities maintenance Maintains facilities requests including raising purchase orders, maintenance, inspection, service logs and managing contractors on site Perform other duties as assigned Skills and experience: Experience in a reception/guest relation role in a corporate office environment Natural with meeting and engaging a wide range of people; able to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships Proactive, enthusiastic, ability to multi-task and work independently Competent in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook What's in it for you?
