Registered Nurse Residential Services RN Grade 2 (YP3 - YP11) Casual We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Grampians Health - Wimmera across our three Aged Care facilities (Wimmera Nursing Home, Kurrajong Lodge & Dimboola Campus). These casual positions are available for an immediate start and include working a rotating 7 day, 24 hour roster. The successful applicant will deliver individualised nursing care with a person centred approach, encouraging residents and families to participate in all stages of care.
Key Selection Criteria include: Essential: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Organisational experience congruent with experience Excellent Communication and problem solving skills Commitment to quality improvement and superior customer service Proficiency in the use of information technology Desirable: Clinical Skills relevant to area Aged care nursing experience Attractive benefits offered by the organisation include: Salary packaging, Professional development and education programs, Employee Assistance Program, Comprehensive orientation program.
