Explore the Opportunity: Key accountabilities Reporting to the Senior Design Architect to understand design intent and overall direction/ presentation quality desired for the project Preparing exceptional quality renders across all visual media for home and land packages Preparing exterior and interior narrative-driven animations and walk throughs that integrate the building with the surrounding context Preparing templates for colour and material schedules Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Autodesk 3DS Max (solid experience in Corona & Vray rendering, is a must Strong knowledge in Forest Pack and Rail Clone, is a must Solid experience in creating high quality 3D animations and walk throughs (knowledge in After Effects, Premiere Pro, is a must) Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, preferable Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-up, preferable.
