About the role: Mantel Group is growing rapidly and to diversify our client portfolio we are looking for support in the client engagement principal. This role will sit alongside our current client engagement principals and be really focused on building strategic relationships with clients whilst supporting our team.
The Client Engagement Principal will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with clients to secure projects, creatively construct bids and follow engagements through the full sales cycle from prospecting to presales to initial scoping phases to delivery execution. Build strategic relationships with clients (business and technology clients) Build relationships with the team Understand client business and outcomes Ability to translate client requirements into team based outcomes Ability to understand accounts About you: You’ll have experience in developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders You are motivated by building great solution minded teams and delivering outcomes that solve real problems Your definition of success in this role will be defined by client satisfaction and equally that of our team’s Ideally you will have prior experience working within a consulting or technical product sales environments Experience winning and executing your own business development plan Ability to take an engagement through the full sales cycle including supporting the scoping phase for delivery Ideally some experience or ability to manage a team - Ability to build relationships to strategic relationships Must have strategic account planning experience Strategic account manager from a vendor Why join us?
