About the role This is for an 11-month full-time fixed-term opportunity with the possibility to transfer into a permanent role. As a general Customer Service Representative duties will include: Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for the supply of products Processing and entry of customer orders Assisting customers and other stakeholders by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations Assist sales process – alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods Provides administrative support of field sales personnel Provides solutions for customers inquiries Requirements The ideal candidate will have: An intermediate PC skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive focus on customer service A degree in Engineering is highly regarded but not essential Preferably with experience within the electrical industry or electrical wholesale industry but is not essential Benefits What we offer you: Career opportunity with one of the most respected companies in the Automation Industry Dynamic team environment with a positive and supportive culture.
