Explore the Opportunity: This role will focus on our residential apartment & mixed-use projects. Key accountabilities You will be involved in a range of complex land subdivision challenges and responsible for managing our project stakeholders including Local Government, consultants, utility service agencies and civil contractors An understanding of the land subdivision process, from site acquisition feasibility through to construction and registration of titles.

Worked with a tier one or tier two civil or building contractor. Ability to research and analyse development and construction issues and propose solutions. Strong organisational and time management skills.

excellent understanding of OH&S, environment, and quality to ensure compliance to project KPIs and pro-actively manage project risks and issues.
