Some of the key accountabilities will be: • Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using REVIT for Apartments/houses/townhouse projects • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and constructions plans/documentation utilising Revit software • Responsible for Concept plan drafting, Floor plans, elevations and colour schemes drafting, documentation for Council Development Applications & Constructions Certificates • Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously • You have a strong and creative portfolio that demonstrates your design/drafting and craft experience in architectural projects • Liaise with construction team, relevant Engineers and Consultants (i.

e Civil, Structural, Services, BCA etc.) and ensure a smooth process for construction of House/Townhouses Our Wish List: • Formal Architectural qualifications • Ideally have min. 3-5 years architectural knowledge and experience • Must have min.
