n n YOUR NEW EMPLOYER nn Our client is an entrepreneurial exponentially growing multi-award winning law firm with 10 years’ of success with a flourishing property law practice. nn YOUR NEW ROLE nn In this KEY pivotal role reporting to a hands-on supportive Property Law Partner, you will relish the mentorship challengerewardsvariety of your role taking ownership of your files/managing your own clients (and assisting the partner with more complex large-scale matters). nn Key areas include conveyancing (sales/acquisitions of residential & commercial property including off-the-plans), leases (commercial/retail/industrial), licence agreements, put/call options, property due diligence, Local government/planning issues, consolidations/partitions/subdivisions, property developments, easements/covenants, finance & tax issues.
