About the role As the branch manager of Sunshine Coast based at our Maroochydore site you will showcase your Sales and Operations leadership skills to nurture sales performance, safety and operational efficiencies across an established and diverse customer base. You will also use your leadership skills to nurture the continued success and development of the two branches and two operational sites and its people. Key responsibilities: Managing and mentoring a team to foster a high-performing culture Delivering EBIT result and building internal stakeholder relationships with senior leadership and the branch network Building capability within the team through effective leadership and coaching Driving revenue growth by promoting a culture of customer service within the team and building relationships with key customers Championing the safety culture for the business through continuous improvement Relocation AssistanceWe are happy to discuss relocation assistance to the right candidate, for you and your family.

About your experience You will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset , proven management experience and excellent people and communication skills. Implementing effective strategies to drive sales performance, achieve safe and efficient operations and to provide a reliable and high-quality service to customers, while achieving regional and site specific targets in areas of safety, financial performance and quality.
