Role description: In preparation for the upcoming boom in major rail infrastructure projects in Sydney, and to support existing projects in other states, we are growing our rail team in Sydney and are now seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer. Role accountabilities: Delivery of design documentation, technical reports, and specifications for clients Being the trusted track & civil lead on multi-disciplinary projects Managing parts of projects meeting budgetary, quality and timeframe targets and taking responsibility for resource allocation Ensuring the integrity of overall design including planning, quality assurance, design review & delivery Liaising with Project Managers, subcontractors, and the client, ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications Qualifications & Experience: First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life and want to be part of city-shaping projects that change the way we move around New South Wales. You are a tertiary qualified engineer with experience in the rail industry and come to us with: Relevant experience in track design or design review Credibility and confidence in building and establishing working relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated knowledge in Metro, Heavy Rail, and/or Light Rail; A collaborative approach and proven success working with multi-disciplinary teams MTM competencies will be highly regarded Why Become an Arcadian?
