About the Role The Digital, Brand & Enablement team provides legal support across the entire Woolworths Group in the key areas of ecommerce, loyalty, retail media, brand, payments, privacy and technology. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and adaptable commercial lawyer to build our ecommerce and brand capabilities in particular. As a member of our highly capable and collegiate team, you'll have opportunities to work collaboratively with other lawyers across the team to support strategic priorities as they arise, sharing your knowledge and insights and managing a range of matters.
The role's will be based in our Surry Hills office however you may need to work at other locations (including the Bella Vista Head Office) from time to time. Capabilities & experience Experience working for leading ecommerce / last mile and digital platform clients highly desirable. Experience with contract drafting and negotiation Training in intellectual property law and experience advising on trade mark clearances and infringement risk A desire to work at, and ability to perform in, a fast-paced, hands-on and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to deal confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent legal and commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
