Apply now Refer someone An exciting new opportunity within Macquarie is available supporting 3 Division Director's and their respective teams in our Corporate Operations Group. In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Operations Group (Technology) based in our Barangaroo office. You will provide high level support in a fast paced position, constantly managing conflicting priorities, complex diaries, coordinating interstate/international travel, dealing with confidential information, working across 2 sectors within Macquarie (Banking Financial Services and Corporate Operations Group - Technology) as well as monitoring emails and actioning when required.

You are proactive, efficient and have an eye for high level detail. Your skills as a communicator and flexibility, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. You enjoy working closely with others, flourish in a fast paced, deadline driven working environment and your strong liaison skills complement your command of Microsoft Office applications such as Office 365 - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
