Project Coordinator - Cyber Security
Macquarie GroupApply now Refer someone We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Coordinator to deliver a cyber security project that contributes to tangible outcomes for our customers. As Project Coordinator you will work with our Corporate Operations Group and Technology management to deliver projects in line with our business objectives in a fast-paced customer obsessed environment. Collaboration with security specialists & engineers, infrastructure teams, business management teams and vendors are key to ensuring value is delivered to your customers.
In this role you will use strong communication skills, actively identifying and managing risks and issues to deliver security focused projects. You will have experience of delivering complex projects in structured and highly regulated industries and be able to use agile techniques to pivot plans and ensure outcomes are continually achieved. Responsibilities: Allocating and coordinating resources Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget Tracking projects progress and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders Gather and investigate information from diverse sources Assist in coordinating and managing human and financial resources, workflow, and team Propose and implement innovations within a culture of continuous improvement Contribute to organisational strategy road map Administrative support for the Service Delivery & Project team Support the team with ad-hoc tasks Ensure vendor compliance with Policies and Procedures Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Skills Work in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, project management tools (Jira, PowerBi) and Sharepoint Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Work well in a fast-paced environment Exceptional time management Proactive and autonomous worker The ideal candidate for this role has: Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior stakeholders. Experience successfully solving complex problems and removing blockers in large, complex organisation Working knowledge of key cyber security concepts. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams with a mix of, contract and vendor resources.
Demonstrated ability to work with complex change management requirements. 3 years in a similar Project Coordination role Ability to work onsite for at least half of the time. What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
